On this course, you'll explore the amazing world of specialty coffee with our Head of Coffee Antonio. We’ll dive right into this flourishing industry and discover what makes it so unique.
The course will help you digest the differences between various artisan coffees and labels, and will end with a healthy debate, and a chance to ask those questions you’ve always wanted to ask your barista.

How to Brew filter Coffee at Home
2 hours - £30
Want to drink the best coffee, but don't want to leave the house? No problem. On this course, Antonio will teach you how to brew specialty coffee at home using any of the following brewing methods: French press; Aeropress; Kalita; V60 or; Chemex.
In the first half of the course, we’ll cover which beans to use, dose, grind size, water quality, temperature and how different vessels affect your brew. In the second half, you'll have a chance to practice your brewing live, and to ask any burning questions!
This coffee home brewing course is open to all levels, although we recommend our 'Introduction to Specialty Coffee' first if you're a complete beginner.

How to Perfect Your Espresso at Home
2 hours - £40
This course will teach you how to become the refined master of your espresso machine that you want to be, whichever machine and grinder you may have at home. On the course, Antonio will take you through the steps a barista follows to perfect espresso, from grinding to tamping and, finally, latte art!
We'll also cover how to best maintain your machine, and end by answering your questions. You'll be an espresso maestro in no time.
This course is open to all levels, although we recommend our 'Introduction to Specialty Coffee' first if you're a complete beginner.
