It’s a project borne out of pure passion, a seasonal love letter, and a celebration of the constant pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee. It is planted, cultivated and processed with utmost attention to detail and then roasted by our very talented team at our London roastery for discerning coffee drinkers who enjoy a cup of something a little extra special.
INTRODUCING FASCINATOR, THE WINTER 2022 BATCH
The premier batch of our exclusive Fascinator coffee comes from the El Vergel farm in the Tolima region of Colombia. With only 150 jars available, it’s a coffee that the true connoisseur will not want to miss.

Exclusive in its origin
The Winter 2022 batch of Fascinator coffee comes from the El Vergel farm in the Tolima region of Colombia. The El Vergel brothers are true innovators in the coffee industry. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail and passion transforms into this beautiful gesha we are serving as the first Fascinator ever. This gesha cultivar has been pre-fermented in cherry for 48 hours, fermented anaerobically for an additional 60 hours, and dried for a further 12 days plus finally, the coffee has been stabilized in Grain-pro bags for 25 days before being milled.

The coffee has incredibly complex and layered floral notes, with flavours of yellow stone fruits like peach and apricot, and with a hint of tropical fruits such as guava and mango.


HOW TO BREW
We suggest brewing the Fascinator using the pour-over method. The pour-over method allows you tobrew the best flavours and aroma out from this coffee. The coffee has been roasted specifically for this type of brewing. With pour-over method you will be fully in control of the brewing parameters such as yield, time, and temperature, which allows you to enjoy the coffee the best way possible. We recommend always using filtered water for best brew results. Our favourite recipe has been using our ceramic V60 with 18g of coffee for 300ml of 96’c water with a total brew time of 3:15-3:25min.
