CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once you have checked out, we are unable to make changes to your order. However, if you have an urgent issue with an incorrect delivery address or time, please email homedelivery@thegentlemenbaristas.com as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to change but if your order has already been prepared, packed or collected, this will not be possible. Please note additional charges may apply.

WHY CAN’T I ORDER ON CERTAIN DAYS?
The availability of delivery dates vary based on the site our orders are being shipped from and the trading days of these locations. Once we reach our daily capacity, dates may also become unavailable.

SUBSTITUTIONS
On rare occasions, if we cannot supply you with the exact item(s) selected on your order due to stock issues, you will be given a substitution that closely matches your original selection. We will attempt to notify you if this is a significant change to your order.

QUALITY AND PACKAGING
Our products are freshly prepared every day. For nationwide orders, all items are carefully packaged to maintain freshness. These are then packaged into one of our delivery boxes, securely sealed and sent on a “fragile” overnight service.
There may be slight variations in appearance from images shown on our website and/or social media platforms.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Due to the handling of peanuts and nuts in our kitchens, traces of peanut or other nuts may be present in all of our recipes. For this reason, we would advise that our products are not suitable for nut allergy sufferers. Please see our website for the allergens present in your boxes.
